Dr. Sabine Haller worked as a research fellow and clinician in Kampala from 2018 – 2019. She was the designated representative of the University of Zurich at the Infectious Diseases Institute (IDI).

Dr. Haller has specialized training in internal medicine and infectious diseases. She has post graduate training in clinical and biomedical sciences of tropical diseases, as well as a postgraduate certificate in tropical medicine and international health from the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp, Belgium. Before joining R4GH, she worked at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute in Basel, and with the organization “Doctors without Borders” (MSF) in South Sudan and Lebanon.

Currently, she is engaged in a clinical research study on MDR-TB.
